Cap Ceramic 3.3pF 50V C0G 0.1pF Pad SMD 0603 125°C Medical T/R

The CBR range of multilayer surface-mount capacitors features a C0G dielectric and comes in a range of values between 0.1 pF and 100 pF. The CBR range is particularly designed for microwave use, as the capacitors offer high Q and have extremely low ESR and high self-resonance characteristics, as well as a frequency range of 1 MHz to 50 GHz. The CBR range of capacitors exhibits no change in capacitance value with respect to time and voltage and a negligible change of capacitance with reference to temperature. The CBR range has an operating temperature range of –55°C to 125°C, can operate on DC voltages up to 500 V, and is RoHS-compliant.
