BournsCDSOT23-SM712ESE-Entstörer

TVS suppressor diode with bidirectional capability, ESD protection up to 30 kV, working peak voltage of 7 V or 12 V, and maximum peak pulse power of 400 W

The CDSOT23-SM712 is a TVS dual diode that allows for bidirectional operation and provides up to 30-kV ESD protection. The CDSOT23-SM712 has two protection pins and a common connection using two back-to-back Zener diodes. The maximum working voltage of the CDSOT23-SM712 is either 7 V or 12 V, depending on the circuit configuration, and the maximum peak power dissipation is 400 W. The maximum leakage current of the CDSOT23-SM712 is 20 µA. Its maximum clamping voltage is 14 V or 26 V, depending on circuit configuration, and the operating temperature range of the CDSOT23-SM712 is –55°C to 150°C. The CDSOT23-SM712 is housed in a three-pin SOT-23 package and features dimensions of 1.16 × 1.4 × 3 mm.
