Microchip TechnologyHV9910CLG-GLED-Treiber

Open-loop LED driver IC with internal 15-V to 450-V linear regulator, linear and PWM dimming capabilities, overtemperature protection, and housed in a SOP8 package

The HV9910CLG-G is an open-loop LED driver IC that integrates an internal linear regulator that works with voltages between 15 V and 450 V. The HV9910CLG-G supports dimming via an external TTL compatible input pin with duty cycles from 0% to 100%, and input frequencies up to several kilohertz. Linear dimming is also provided via an input, which has a voltage range between 0 V and 250 mV. The use of open-loop circuitry allows for few external components and removes the need to monitor the output current going to external LEDs. The maximum supply current to the HV9910CLG-G is 1,500 µA. It has a maximum power dissipation of 650 mW and an operating temperature range of –40°C to 150°C.
