Use this LDO LM1086IS-3.3 linear regulator from Texas Instruments to vary your voltage levels to your desired level. Its typical dropout voltage at current is 1.3@1.5A V. This voltage regulation device's single output can produce a current up to 1.5 A. Using the part will provide the power your application needs by requiring a voltage only of 2.6 V and not exceeding a voltage of 30 V. With a fixed output that has a voltage of 3.3 V, this is power management at its best. Operate at a constant current by utilizing the load regulation of 0.1%(Typ) and line regulation of 10mV.
