The LM137H/883 is a three-terminal, adjustable, negative voltage regulator with a maximum output current of -1.5 A, voltage input range of -1.25 V to -37 V, and an input voltage range of -4.2 V to -40 V. The LM137H/883 has a line regulation of 0.01% per volt, a load regulation of 0.3%, and 77-dB ripple rejection. With a 50-ppm/°C temperature coefficient, the LM137H/883 has an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, junction-to-case of 15°C/W, and a junction-to-ambient of 140°C/W. It is rated for use in military applications.
