Texas Instruments brings you their latest LT1054CP charge pump voltage doubler, a device that has the ability to raise or lower the voltage across parts in your circuit. Its output produces a current of 100 mA. With an output that has a voltage of -5 V, this is power management at its best. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This inverting charge pump has a minimum operating temperature of 0 °C and a maximum of 70 °C. This device has a minimum operating supply voltage of 3.5 V and a maximum of 15 V.
