The MX25UM51345GXDI00 is a 512Mb NOR Flash memory that supports serial and parallel modes (either as 512Mb x 1 bit or 64MB x 8-bit) and supports both SPI Mode 0 and Octa I/O busses. The MX25UM51345GXDI00 has a maximum operating frequency of 133MHz when in serial mode and 200MHz in Octa I/O mode, has a 256-byte input write buffer, and can be used in sectors of 4KB or blocks of 64KB. The MX25UM51345GXDI00 has a data-retention period of at least 20 years, and each cell has a program life cycle of 100,000. The MX25UM51345GXDI00 also integrates multiple security features including block lock protection, 8-bit security OTP, factory unique identifier, and electronic identification.
