Switch from an AC voltage to a DC voltage using a Schottky diode PDS760-13 rectifier from Diodes Zetex. This product will be shipped in tape and reel packaging to allow for quick mounting and safe delivery. This rectifier has an operating temperature range of -65 °C to 150 °C. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 275 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 7 A. It is made in a single dual anode configuration.
