Bourns Magnetics Product Line is introducing the new Compliant High Current Shielded Power Inductors Series that are designed to meet today’s high current density and high temperature requirements of various electronic applications.
These inductor series are manufactured with a flat wire and a metal alloy powder core featuring low DC resistance, high saturation current handling in the 19-80A range, RMS heating current in the 14-58A range in an molded alloy construction for low audible noise caused by magnetostrictive effects. They also have excellent temperature stability over the operating range and fully shielded construction for low electromagnetic interference (EMI) effects.
The Model SRP1580CA, SRP1510CA and SRP1513CA series have an operating temperature range of -55 to +155 °C and are well suited for use in non-isolated DC/DC converters, power supplies, and power factor correction circuits for consumer, industrial, and telecom electronics applications where high inductor reliability and current handling may be required.
