Switch from an AC voltage to a DC voltage using a Schottky diode SS8P4C-M3/86A rectifier from Vishay. Tape and reel packaging will encase this product during shipment, in order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of components. It is made in a dual common cathode configuration. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 120 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 8 A. This rectifier has a minimum operating temperature of -55 °C and a maximum of 150 °C.
