The STLINK-V3SET from STMicroelectronics is a stand-alone debugging and programming device for STM8 and STM32 microcontrollers. A modular device, the STLINK-V3SET can communicate with any STM8 or STM32 microcontroller on an application board.

These devices also facilitate communication between the host PC and target microcontroller by providing a virtual COM port interface with VCP frequency up to 15 MHz. The STLINK-V3SET is self-powered via a USB micro-B connector.
