Switch from an AC voltage to a DC voltage using a Schottky diode STPS30L60CW rectifier from STMicroelectronics. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 230 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 30 A. It is made in a dual common cathode configuration. This rectifier has an operating temperature range of -65 °C to 150 °C.
