Switch from an AC voltage to a DC voltage using a Schottky diode STPSC10H065DI rectifier from STMicroelectronics. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This rectifier has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 175 °C. It is made in a single configuration. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 470 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 10 A.
