TC78B027FTG Sinewave 1-sensor BLDC Motor Pre-Driver with IPC

TC78B027FTG is a 1-Hall sinewave PWM controller for a 3-phase brushless DC motor. N-ch MOSFETs are used as external inverter FETS to drive the motor. A non-volatile memory (NVM) and a closed loop speed control function allows this motor controller to be used without an external controlling microcontroller.
