Easily control the PWM signal in your circuit using Texas Instruments' TL494INE4 voltage mode PWM controller. With an output that has a voltage of 40(Max) V, this is power management at its best. This voltage mode driver supports boost|buck|flyback|forward|full-bridge|half-bridge|push-pull topology. Its 2 PWM outputs produce a current of 200(Max) mA. You can operate this at a switching frequency of 300 kHz. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This voltage mode driver's maximum duty cycle is 45(Typ) %. This voltage mode driver has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 85 °C. This device has a minimum operating supply voltage of 7 V and a maximum of 40 V.
