This scr TN1215-600G thyristor manufactured from STMicroelectronics acts as a bistable switch and will continue to operate when a voltage is applied to it. This device has a surge current rating of 145 A. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube.
