Use this high side switch and usb power distribution switch TPS2020D USB powered Ethernet switch from Texas Instruments to control which one of your devices draws power. Using the part will provide the power your application needs by requiring a voltage only of 2.7 V and not exceeding a voltage of 5.5 V. Its current limit is 0.3 A. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube.
