Adjust the voltage level of your devices with this non-inverting and inverting|step up|step down TPS61087DRCT DC to DC converter from Texas Instruments. This converter's single output can produce a current up to 3.2 A. It only needs a voltage of at least 2.5 V while not exceeding 6 V to effectively power your circuit.
