This UCC28710D current controller by Texas Instruments will properly generate current to an external system. This current mode controller supports flyback topology. Its single PWM output produces a current of 25 mA. It has a switching frequency of 106 kHz. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube.
