Converting from AC to DC is simple when using a switching diode VS-ETU1506-M3 rectifier from Vishay. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This rectifier has an operating temperature range of -65 °C to 175 °C. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 160 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 15 A.
