High performance, space savings, and durability are all key. We highlight five sealed solutions for automotive and commercial vehicles designed to insure that no elements interferer with the integrity of the connection systems.
The CMC Hybrid Family provides a cost effective modular solution for heavy duty applications where stringent IP ratings and water tightness are required. With sizes up to 53 circuits, CMC connectors can support 21 amps. End uses include engine control units, gear boxes, park breaks, and suspension controllers. The new wire to wire version connects CMC throughout the entire vehicle.
The MX150 Family offers high performance in a reduced package size and meets US car requirements. MX150 terminals eliminate the need for individual wire seals, lowering applied costs. The terminals are offered in tin, gold, or silver plating and support current up to 22 amps. The system is rated to IP69 and designed for use in bulkhead applications, power controlled modules and head and tail lamps.
Our largest, heavy duty, sealed line it the next generation Sealed Rectangular Connector. With its high circuit count design, it meets the need for advanced electrical systems in agricultural, construction, mining, and marine vehicles. Commonly known as the firewall connector, SRC provides flexible power and signal options up to 40 amps
Rugged XRC connectors utilize 18 and 24 circular shell sizes with IP67 ratings for trucks, busses, or farming vehicles. XRC connectors are useful for both inline and panel mount applications. Low insertion force stamp terminals provide an economical solution. Plugs feature a bayonet latch for quick connections and reduced service time.
The MizuP25 is the first miniature wire to wire waterproof connector. This rating makes the system ideal for the use in parking sensors, powered mirrors, seating controls, as well as, in motorcycles. Two voltage ratings allow more complex electronics to be designed into tighter spaces. Like many of our sealed connectors, MizuP25 also includes features to make assembly easier for operators, including color coated housings, low insertion force terminals and positive locks.
